Aunt Jessie's B-day

Here are some pictures of Aunt Jessie's birthday on March 24th! It was fun to have the fam over and celebrate. I made a strawberry danish pie which was actually pretty good, but I can't take credit for it because it was out of a box. lol It was fun still. When I went to look for some candles to put on the pie I realized that I hadn't gotten any from when we were out at Austin's birthday. So I went over to my good neighbor Emily who happen to have some. We lit the candles and after Jess blew them out we discovered they were trick candles! Muah ha ha ha ha. It was perfect, and we didn't even plan for that.

Juan put Andrew to sleep for me! It was great. Oh and now you see Jess
Now you don't

Little Miss Muffet

A few weekends ago my good friend Stephanie taught me how to make Manicotti from scratch! It was so much fun, we even made the noodles and cheese and learned a little more about the rhyme little miss muffet. In the rhyme she is eating the curds and whey which is what we were doing to make the cheese. It was awesome. She's basically a pro and taught me a lot of things. Thanks Steph for doing this with me. I had a blast.
Here we were making the cheese and waiting for the curds to form
Pouring the curds and watching the whey drain leaving the curds (ricotta cheese)

Wallah!!!! Ricotta Cheese to stuff into the noodles
Making the noodles

The sauce was amazing!
I don't know what happened to this picture but here we had stuffed the noodles and were placing them in the pan.
I am stuffing the noodles even more! We love cheese
End result before putting it in the oven
The finishing product

It was amazing. Thanks Steph. We should definitely do this again!

Brother Bonding Time

So as Isaac has adapted to having another baby around taking my attention away from him, he has learned to adjust fairly well. He has become a big helper throwing diapers away for me, a distraction for Andrew during tummy time, and has learned to be soft with Andrew and gives him lots of kisses.
But don't let this distract you from what Isaac really wants to be doing to Andrew. Below are some undercover pictures I took when Isaac was truly acting how he feels towards Andrew when he thinks I am not looking. Muah ha ha ha ha
Having his new dinosaur toy eat Andrew's face
Pinning Andrew to the floor
Taking Andrew's Spot Light
Wanting to pick Andrew up
Choking him because Andrew wouldn't let him pick him up

So as you can see the adorable, sweet, gentle older brother has some issues to work on. Or the real question would be my issues I need to work on; why wasn't I stopping Isaac from doing those things to Andrew instead of taking pictures of them. lol Well, I figured it's good to have some brother bonding time, even if that only means Isaac beating up Andrew time. lol

Thanks Lanae and David for the two balloons you brought over!

Bruno Mars - Just the Way You Are (Cover by MattyBRaps ft. Tyler Ward)

This was the sweetest video. I wonder what our world would be like if we all saw each other this way.

He no longer looks like one but now sounds like one

Ever since he was born, Andrew had the cutest yet oldest looking face. Because he had a ton of hair on the right side of his head and hardly any on the top, his features definitely complimented one of.............age and seniority. 5 months later though, our little old man is as cute as can be, but has still decided to keep some senior citizenitis with him. Our little Andrew no longer looks like an old man but sounds like one instead. I call it - a man trapped inside a baby's body trying to escape sound- (thats was the only thing I could thing of to call it)
Old man look
The reason for the old man look (the hair on the right and thin whisks on the top)
The cutest boy look (I love how his hair on the right is still the longest; the top is just finally catching up)

Boys will be Boys no matter their age

Over the past 5 months I have noticed that our boys are in love with anything that has to do with bright lights, moving objects, buttons, or sound. (For example, at this very moment Andrew is locked into the screen on our computer as I am typing this post) Okay so mostly technology things such as movies, cell phones, computers, and i touches. What I love most about their passion for these items is that it captivates them and brings out the same blank jaw dropping look on both boys. lol I am not going to lie it has been nice to turn on a baby Einstein video to help capture their attention while I work on my online class. So here are just a few photos of our boys being boys.

Andrew's 4th month

Yep, that's right. Our little Andrew is 4 months old. I can't believe how fast the time has gone. It's been an exhausting yet amazing 4 months to have our two boys so close. An entertaining difference we've noticed between the two is that Andrew definitely has more facial expressions and more to say than Isaac. lol During his first 3 months we'd see Andrew doing a variety of looks from scowling at whoever was looking at him to smiling uncontrollably like an old man. We've now given him the nick name of smiley.
Here's the scowl!

The rest of these pictures are of Andrew lighting the camera up with smiles during his 4th month.
