I love my kids, I love my kids, I love my kids, I love my kids. I have to remind myself after the experience I just had.
I was holding little Emeri on my lap while I was working on the computer. Isaac was coming up and playing with her like the sweet big brother he is. Then it all started when I got a big whiff of something from Emeri's diaper. I picked her up to check if she was stinky and to my wonderful surprise she had pooped out of the side of her diaper. I checked my pants to see if she had gotten any on me when Emeri's little hand slid down her side and grabbed a handful of poop! Grouse!!! I quickly stood up to wash her hand when I slipped because of something slimy on the floor. Yep, you guessed it, Emeri had somehow pooped out of her diaper and onto the floor. I have to give her credit for not getting any on my pants but still, I could have gone on nicely without stepping in it. Leaving my poop covered sandal behind I headed to the sink and got Emeri's hand washed off. While I was drying her I checked my shirt. Crap.... No really there was crap on my shirt too. Lame. Then it got even better when I heard Isaac freaking out because he had poop on his shirt while he was playing with Emeri earlier. lol That part was kind of funny, at least I wasn't the only victim this time. lol After I changed Emeri's practically clean bum, because somehow the poop went straight from her to the floor(useless diaper), I was able to clean myself, Emeri, and Isaac. I then proceeded to clean up the floor when I saw Andrew walking straight for the poop with curious eyes! I let out a very sweet but extremely serious scream and he halted in his tracks. Pheeewwww...... at least I didn't have to change one person. Then I cleaned off the floor and my sandal with every cleaning supply possible. I then kissed Emeri and......okay no I didn't. I grounded her from my lap for at least 10 minutes. She is now happily eating pieces of a blue berry bagel in her high chair with a big grin on her face. Needless to say I love my kids, I love my kids, I love my kids, I love my kids.
