My sister Rebekah came down for a visit from Washington. It was fun to have one of my sisters see what life is like in Texas for us. We went to the Dallas Aquarium, lots of parks, restaurants, visited the Mckinney Square, watched movies, went shopping, and played games. We packed the week she was here with lots of fun things. The kids especially loved having their aunt around. Every morning they would come into my room and ask if they could go wake up Aunt Beka. It was too cute.
Three very excited children as we waited for the arrival of Aunt Beka!
Emeri had her first experience with dress up thanks to Aunt Beka's help and Aunt Jenna's toys.
Here are the kids and Beck at the Mckinney Square. We first stopped by Tammy's cake shop, then went on to this adorable old fashion candy shop, then to the Pie Emporium, and finished off with some amazing Square Burger. Healthy?......I think not. HAHA But it sure was a fun outing!

Aunt Becka got to see a bit of Emeri's boy side. Having two older brothers she was bound to have one. lol Anyways, every evening we start getting the boys ready for bed, we tell them to grab their pj's. Well, Emeri does not want to be left out, she heads over to the boys chest of drawers and follows my instructions perfectly. It is so cute to see her try to put their pj's on by herself. I try to get her in her own but she squeals and insists on wearing theirs. Glad Beck got to see that. One day we went to the Allen Mall which has a giant sand pit with a park and some volleyball nets. There is also a water fountain area where the kids got to play and get wet. Katelyn and Andrew were the only ones brave enough to get wet. The others just ran around it, but it was still nice to be in the sun.
