Emeri's 8th Month

Silly precious petite pretty princess is now a sitting, scooting, and eating pro. Emeri loves cheerios and kix, taking baths with her brothers, doing tricks, and kicking her arms and legs simultaneously when she gets excited. She also clicks her tongue, says "da da", and shakes her head while saying "awwwwwww." Emeri can also start scooting from the family room and go all the way around the kitchen to the front entry (where the shoes are of course) to the back door in a matter of minutes now. When she sees something she goes for it. Oh and by the way she can totally fit into 9 month clothes!!! Wahoo!!!!

She looks like she is has to pee but she just can't hold it any longer. lol

She has the best puppy dog look down!

She spotted her #1 fan!

Gotta love those cheeks!

Pig tails!

This is a picture of Emeri caught in the middle of clicking her tongue.

Love Love Love this FACE!!!

Here are a few pictures of Emeri with her new berets  Her hair is so fine that her hair bands are always falling out. We are testing the berets to see if those stay in to keep her hair out of her face.

She says hi to you all!

Silly Kids

Things that get our family through the week are food, books, a big yard, and the sillies. We have some pretty silly kids in this family and when we mess up, biff it, eat it, or just needing to pass the time, we like to be silly. Here are some of the sillies from this month.

Austin's 27th Birthday

Looking good at 27 if I do say so myself, babe. Happy birthday my darling Austin, I love you so much and thank Heavenly Father several times every day of my life that you chose me to be your wife! I am so happy that 27 years ago you entered this world. You are the most incredible husband and I love you with all of my heart. I am very proud of your accomplishments with your new job and the example you are to our children. Thanks for being AMAZING!

Didn't notice this before but we are both wearing white and grey shirts! Love it! Maybe we should get married or something.

Fun Things in March

Isaac found Colton's cowboy hat and had a hay day with it. Cowboy superhero Isaac!

An activity that the boys really enjoy doing lately is cutting and gluing paper. I don't know why but it holds them in their seats for a good 20 minutes.

Letter/Number Parking Lot. The boys drive their cars to the letter I shout out, a great way to use cars to teach the alphabet.

This picture is of Isaac after he fell asleep during the 3 minutes he was in time out. I would say that is his speed record for how fast he can fall asleep. Poor baby.

What a STUD!! I found Nike shorts at kid to kid that matched his Nike shoes, he looks filthy.

She is getting some chunk! Love those cheeks!

Papa Heath bought a driving lawn mower for his yard. Every once in awhile the boys get a ride which they absolutely love.

Caterpillar craft. We have been reading lots of books about caterpillars turning into butterflys so we made our own caterpillars for the boys to play with.

This video is HILARIOUS of Andrew. He is obsessed with cows and here is proof.

Here is the precious girl loving to be able to talk and sit up all by herself.

She also loves her hands. Don't know why but they are always in her mouth, and here she is even looking at them.

Dallas Fort Worth Natural History Museum

For a fun family activity we all went for a day to the Dallas Fort Worth Museum. It was not the best museum we have been to but it was still really fun for the kids. This is how we transported them through all the different rooms. I would like to give a quick shout out to Aunt Jess and Uncle Juan....WE LOVE THE WAGON!

Here are some pictures of the boys digging for some dinosaur bones. It was a pretty large pit with several different bones that the kids could choose from.

Precious Princess with an adorable pony tail on the top of her head. lol

In the kids zone there was a medical area where the kids could play doctor or medic. Our boys of course only wanted to drive the ambulance.

There was even a baby area where Emeri could play.

This was a neat area. They had a grocery store where the kids could go shopping and buy there own food. As you can see Emeri was the tastiest food Andrew picked up.

Picking out his food.

Checking out.

In another part of the museum there were mechanical horses that you could ride on. Isaac enjoyed this part and raced several times.

Andrew didn't quite get it.
