Sorry it is taking me so long to update the blog, our life right now is as crazy as ever. So, Christmas was a little different this year because it happened 10 days after Jeff and Tammy's house was finally built and the process of morning in was still in going. Sereen and I were able to put the Christmas tree up Christmas with ribbon and candy canes which at least gave the kids something to look at. It was a relaxing Christmas morning, the kiddos weren't quite old enough for a large amount of anticipation so we slowly started the morning. Isaac however did ask several times to open the gifts before we left our room but quickly forgot about it once he was playing with his cousins. After a delicious breakfast of English scones, Jeff and Tammy gave us the Nativity story with her beautiful figurines. Then we exchanged gifts and enjoyed a lazy day of games and naps.
Emeri was the angel in the nativity story and I must say she played her part well.
The youngest got to open their gifts first.
Andrew actually knew what he was doing this year. Way too much fun.
Emeri really enjoyed the wrapping paper after the gifts were all opened.
Colton gave me this bag from Mexico.
Austin also got this sweater and a real sword from Mexico too. Thanks Colton.
Great Grandpa and Grandma Wade totally surprised us all by walking through the door the day before Christmas Eve. No one knew they were coming and what a treat it was that they were with us.
